Well... hello.

If there's anything I hate about working full time, it's the fact that the government takes about a quarter percent of my salary. Why?! Federal tax, state tax, medicare, social security, etc... UGH! I'm only griping about this because when tax season rolls around, less than a quarter of those take-aways find its way into my bank account. Sad, sad, sad. I swear I don't make more than $250K. I wish...

Anyway, I'm finally back from training. Fremont was as I remembered it... I guess. Heh. Classes went well, and my instructor even sent a feedback to my boss with, "Best in class." *happy dance in motion* ;) I am officially on my own behind the fish bowl, and so far things are going just fine. Today, I met the district manager for the first time, and our first conversation was about the 49ers. Yeaaah, let's not talk about Monday night's result, and instead bask the fact that the Niners actually played extremely well. Let's just look ahead... like how the Giants won once again, are a half game up in the NL West, and a game back in the Wildcard (which we refuse to look back on). Let's go Bay Area! :) Lol.

For now, I must go back to my yellow pad, Excel, and calculator to figure out next month's budget. October will be a great month! :)

Gray on mines.

Since my last update, quite a lot has happened. My last week at my previous workplace came and went really fast, with my ex-manager breathing down my neck EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I made sure that my credenza and file cabinets were cleared of all work. Because I'm pretty much awesome (just kidding), I was up to date with everything, and all important documents were filed accordingly. The next supervisor should be in good shape with starting fresh. I had to clean up the works of the two supervisors that preceded me plus my manager's. -__-

As for my first week at my new workplace? So far, so good. :) I worked six days, finished my online modules, got into my phone conference, scheduled my classroom training, did some hands-on, and did a lot of running for the new co-workers. Needless to say, I did work! :P I feel the pressure of having to get up to date with everything ASAP, and the thought of having to create orders for my seniors is stressful. :( Help me, God. Prayers are welcome, heh.

Also since last time, I went to another Giants game... this time with Mike, my dad, and Matthew. My dad bought Matt his first Giants t-shirt to celebrate his first live baseball game ever. :) We had so much fun, and the Giants kicked some Reds' asses. I just bought two more tickets for the last game of the season. It costed $100 more for two less tickets, thanks to this crazy Pennant Race in the NL West. Whew! It'll be worth it though, regardless, I hope. LOL :) Fan appreciation day! Yeeeah.
